About Me.

Hello, I’m Dr. Nisrin Orabi, the founder of Orabi K–12 Tutoring. I hold a PhD from National University and currently work as an adjunct professor, but most importantly, I am a mother of five wonderful children.

Being both an educator and a parent allows me to truly understand the challenges students and families face. I know that every child learns differently and that confidence, patience, and encouragement are just as important as academic skills. My approach to tutoring is caring, supportive, and personalized, helping students feel comfortable asking questions and believing in themselves.

I work closely with each student to strengthen their understanding, improve their study habits, and build confidence in their abilities. Whether a child needs extra help, wants to stay on track, or is looking to grow academically, I tailor each session to meet their individual needs in a positive and motivating environment.

At Orabi K–12 Tutoring, my goal is to support students not only academically but also emotionally, helping them develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning that lasts beyond the classroom.
